Please fill out the QPHA Annual High Point Award Nomination Form as well when sending in membership form.
These
awards are available for youth and adult members and all foal recorded
and adult registered pintos who's owners and or leases are financial
members of the Queensland Pinto Horse Association Inc.
Annual
awards are formulated from the number of points earned by an individual
pinto or youth during a years competition which commences 1st August
and concludes on 31st July to coincide with the horse year.
Points are officially tallied annually.
Official
point score cards must be used and these are available by completing
the enrollment application that is on this website in the forms section,
in each edition of the QPHA newsletter or contacting the secretary.
Point score cards are for led and performance classes.
A pinto or youth must compete at a minimum of five shows to be eligible for an annual award.
Youth
awards are - Performance youth 7-9 years, 10-13 years, 14-17 years.
Sporting youth under 18 years. Pony club youth under 18years.

R.O.M.'s (Register of merits)
The
purpose of the Register Of Merit (ROM) programme is to establish a
record of performance of individual pintos. You must have a points card
this is the only way your pinto can earn points for R.O.M.
ROM categories - Register of Ability, Register of Excellence, Superior Pinto,
R.O.M.'s for retired sire or dam.
